CYTEL is well known for the development of its innovative software products, of it performant, powerful and stable server systems for Fax, Voice, IVR, ACD, VoIP and call center solutions. The product family CYTEL.iBX VoIP with SIP support was released at the beginning of 2005.   CYTEL.iBX are consequently built to operate with IP-telephones which bases on the standard SIP 2.0. The VoIP solution interoperate with existing PBX systems the same as replacing a PBX. The step-by-step migration to Voice over IP gives our customers and partners the ability for value-added services on IP phones and traditional ISDN phones.
